SPC Flooring MOQ, Packing and Container Loading Guide for Small Buyers

A practical guide for project buyers comparing materials, specifications, installation details and supplier communication before requesting a quotation.

For many small B2B buyers, the first SPC flooring order is not a full container. It may be one apartment project, several hotel rooms, an office renovation or a small distributor trial order. That is why MOQ, packing and loading details matter as much as color and price.

SPC flooring planks prepared for specification and packing discussion
SPC flooring buyers should compare plank size, thickness, wear layer and packing details together.

Why MOQ is not only a number

MOQ depends on color, thickness, wear layer, backing, factory stock and production schedule. A common color may allow a lower trial quantity, while a custom color or special wear layer usually needs more quantity. If you are just testing a market, it is better to choose a popular design and standard specification first.

What packing information should be confirmed?

Buyer question What to confirm
Carton details Pieces per carton, square meters per carton and carton weight.
Pallet details Cartons per pallet, pallet size and whether export pallets are used.
Container loading Estimated square meters for 20GP or 40HQ based on actual packing.
Mixed colors Whether mixed colors can be loaded together and how cartons are marked.

How to ask for a better quotation

Instead of asking only for one square-meter price, send the project area, preferred thickness, wear layer, color range, destination port and whether you need accessories. This helps the supplier quote a realistic MOQ and loading plan.

For a first order, many buyers choose one or two fast-moving colors. This keeps inventory simple and makes replacement easier if the project needs extra material later.
